   Hey, I tried the script again! It gives an error and quits in 12.10, but seems to work perfectly in 12.04. My hardware ends up with a black screen after restart – which your script can fix by reinstalling Nouveau. My problem must be a kernel issue. I will give your script another try when Quantal Beta is released!

      What’s the error ? Can you post a screenshot or the log at http://pastebin.com/ ?

   Hello, I tried this script with my new laptop with the graphic card Nvidia GT630M and it fails.. this is the log http://pastebin.com/zU4602HP.. Can you help me?

      Helloandriy, thanks for trying our script.
      Please type the following command and let me know what’s the output:

      sudo lshw -C display | grep “driver” | awk -F “=” ‘{print $2}’ | awk -F ” ” ‘{print $1}’ | uniq

      and one more commands:
      sudo lshw -C display | grep “driver”

      Let me know the output of both commands 😉
